Get your network into a file

Any of these works. Exports change, so the steps may look slightly different.

  • LinkedInSettings, Data privacy, Get a copy of your data, Connections.
  • Google Contactscontacts.google.com, Export, Google CSV.
  • iPhoneicloud.com/contacts, select all, Export vCard.
  • OutlookPeople, Manage, Export contacts.
  • InstagramAccounts Center, Download your information, Followers and following.

Stuck? Ask ChatGPT or Claude to walk you through the export, or to turn a messy file into a CSV. They cannot pull your data for you.

How it works

  1. Get your file.
  2. Upload it and confirm your email.
  3. Check what we understood.
  4. Get your list of who to talk to, and why. Want help? Jesse can review it with you.
